DOingPoker strives to maintain a friendly atmosphere for our patrons. We are not responsible for players' actions; however, we reserve the right to refuse use of our card room to those who violate our policies. When reporting a player violation, please be sure to provide the table and hand number with your correspondence. Poker management decisions are final.
- Sportsman like conduct is expected at all times for all users.
- No profanity is tolerated at any time. Violators of this rule are subject to account review and a suspension of chat privileges.
- Players are not allowed to use, create, or deposit to more than one account. Violators of this rule are subject to an account review, which may result to account suspension and forfeiture of accumulated points.
- Chip dumping or soft play is not allowed. Any unethical play may result in the termination or suspension of one's account.
- Players and observers cannot discuss a hand until action is complete. Violators are subject to account review and a suspension or revoking of chat privileges.
- Soliciting other players for money at tables is forbidden.
- Stalking or harassment of any player may result in termination or suspension of the offender's account.
- All players must speak in English during a hand.
- It's deemed inappropriate to agree to check a hand when there is another player in the hand.
- Player's must adhere to the rules outlined in our End User License Agreement.
- It is the player's sole responsibilities to review the rules and policies, and remain aware of changes to that policy. DoingPoker reserves the right to modify or revise rules and policies at any time, without notice to patrons. Such amendments will become effective immediately.
- There is no inducing a player to leave one game to play in another.
- Player's may not needlessly stall action in a game.
- Player's may not make statements that could unfairly influence action; this may result in suspension of chat privileges.
- Coaching players or suggesting to others how they should play their hand during play is deemed inappropriate or abusive; this may result in revoking or suspension of chat privileges.
- The numbers of betting rounds are four in limit games, with one initial bet plus three raises.
- In a hand with a split pot, not equally divisible by the number of remaining players, the extra chips will be rewarded one at a time to the players closest to the left of the button.
- If a player leaves a game and returns to the same game within twenty-minutes, that player must return to the table with an equal or greater amount of chips.
- A player may sit out of a game but will be removed after 10 minutes of idle time.
- Management reserves right to open or close a game at any time.
- If a new player sits down between the big and small blind, that player cannot receive a hand.
- If a player sits out and misses the big and small blind, either both blinds must be paid before receiving a hand, or the player must wait until it is his or her turn to pay the big blind before receiving another hand.
- If a player goes all-in and loses, they are obligated to make up the blinds if the blinds are missed before a rebuy is made.
- In limit play, an all-in wager of less than half the bet for that round does not reopen the action for any subsequent player who has already acted on their hand for that round.
- A player facing less than half a bet can fold, call or complete the bet, but cannot raise. An all-in wager of half a bet or more is treated as a full bet. A subsequent player can fold, call or make a full raise.
- If a player misses the small blind and decides to enter the game, that player must post the small blind. However, the post is declared ?dead? and will not be used as a portion of a bet.
- Check raise is allowed in all games.
- Unlimited raises are allowed in no-limit and pot-limit games.
DOingPoker understands the nature of Internet play and that players may sometimes lose their connection to the poker network. Disconnect protection is a tool that protects players if their Internet connection is lost while they are involved in a pot. If a player is disconnected, he will be able to stay in a hand (provided he has protection available) to contest the portion of the pot he was financially involved in at the time of disconnection. Our goal is to provide the best protection to our players, while at the same time ensuring the protection is not abused.
- If a player fails to act on his hand due to loss of connectivity, the player will be placed all-in as long as all-in protection is available.
- Abuse of all-in protection will result in suspension or revoking of a player's account.
- Each player is limited to two disconnects during a 24 hour period, and a total of six within a seven-day period. DOingPoker will determine if the player has sufficient reset options before processing his/her reset request.
- A player may request a reset of his/her all-in protections by selecting ?reset Disconnects.? Once reset, the player will receive a reset confirmation by e-mail.
- Players may not stall a game and are encouraged to pay attention.
- Players have 30 seconds to act on their hand. If the player has not acted within the allotted time, and is still connected, the hand will be automatically folded.
- When reporting a player's all-in abuse; please indicate table and hand number where the violation took place.
